Nutritional Labeling
Eurofins Central Analytical can provide the analytical data required for NLEA food labeling. In addition to providing the analytical data for your product, ECAL will calculate the required percentage of recommended daily consumption that must be included on the label, and provide a draft prototype label.
The following tests and calculations are performed to provide the required mandatory label information:

* Ash and moisture are used to calculate carbohydrates, but are not displayed on the label.
Analytical results are presented to the client as a signed official Report of Analysis showing results on a per 100 gram basis. A completed label format is also produced.
